He represented us in both buying and selling our first home and in both instances, was incredibly professional, an excellent communicator, and guided us through every step. He gave solid advice regarding listing and pricing strategies and a few days after the open house, our home had multiple offers. We closed in less than 30 days, sold above the list price, and even negotiated over a month of free leaseback which allowed us time to make our move out of state. I cannot recommend Paul Tran highly enough! Paul works with you to make sure you are comfortable with all decisions and then he goes into action! Paul continued to try to make things as easy as he could for me going through the selling process.
